Our swimsuits are made in Indonesia, in a responsible and ethical workshop, composed of a small team of 20 people.
Each swimsuit is hand-assembled, with constant attention to detail to ensure impeccable quality.
Once production is complete, our swimsuits are sent to our premises in France, where they are carefully checked before shipping.
Finally, each order is carefully packed and shipped to you, to offer you an unforgettable online shopping experience.

BLACK FRIDAY PERIOD:

From November 28, 2025 to December 30, 2025, any item with a discount of 51% or more will be considered a "final sale". Therefore, these items will neither be exchangeable nor refundable.
Returns remain possible for items with a discount of 50% or less, they are free in mainland France, and customers have up to 7 days after delivery to request a return via their customer account.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST?

Once your request is approved by our team, we will send you all the necessary information to make the return.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Yes, returns are free for orders delivered in mainland France.
For other destinations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

According to the law, you have a 14-day period after receiving your order to make your return request.

After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a credit or refund.

WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA FOR A RETURN?

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging.
It must be accompanied by the receipt or a proof of purchase.

WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE?

Gift cards
Dirty or stained items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount
Delivery fees

WHICH ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UPON RETURN?

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Items that are dirty, stained or damaged, which will be automatically sent back to the customer

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE ITEM IS RETURNED?

Credits or refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and approval (or refusal).
If your return is approved, your credit or refund will be processed within 10 days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A RETURN CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed.
If you have not received confirmation within 10 days after sending your package, please contact us at sav@gringaswimwear.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your refund will be made after receipt and inspection of your item in our warehouse, within a period of up to 15 days.

ARE SALE ITEMS EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE?

No, sale items or items purchased with a discount are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

Please contact us as soon as possible at sav@gringaswimwear.com with photos of the defect found.

WHAT ARE THE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS?

Since October 27, 2022, exchanges are no longer possible due to limited stock.
For an approved return, you will have the choice between a refund or a credit to reorder.

WHERE TO RETURN MY SWIMSUIT?

First make your request from your customer account.
After validation, we will provide you with all the necessary information to proceed with the return.

HOW TO SECURE THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS?

For any item valued over 75 euros, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without a tracking number.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGE?

Gringa Swimwear declines all responsibility in case of theft or loss if the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered to the shipping address.
