BLACK FRIDAY PERIOD:
From November 22, 2024 to December 3, 2024, any item benefiting from a discount of 50% or more will be considered a "final sale". Therefore, these items will neither be exchangeable nor refundable. We invite you to carefully check your selection before finalizing your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST?
Go to your customer account and make a return request.
Once the return is approved by our team, we will send you all the necessary information to make the return.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
In accordance with the law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order.
If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit or return.
WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA TO RESPECT FOR A RETURN?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE?
- Gift cards
- Dirty or stained items
- Items purchased during sales or with discounts
- Delivery fees
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
WHEN RETURNING, WHICH ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED?
There are certain situations where only credits or partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Dirty or stained items will be automatically sent back to the customer
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE ITEM IS RETURNED?
Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your credit/refund. If approved, your credit will be processed and you will receive a voucher or a refund within 10 days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A RETURN CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will be refunded after the item has been received at our warehouse and inspected. This may take up to 15 days.
ARE SALE ITEMS EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE?
Only items at regular price can be exchanged for a credit or refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or credited.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

WHAT ARE THE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS?
Exchanges have not been accepted since October 27, 2022. Our limited stock prevents us from guaranteeing quality exchanges. When returning, you will have the choice between a refund or a voucher, so you can reorder yourself on our site.

Go to your customer account and make a return request. Once the return is approved by our team, we will send you all the necessary information to make the return.
DO I HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING FEES?
Returns are free only for orders delivered in mainland France.
For international orders (DOM-TOM, Europe, rest of the world), return shipping fees are your responsibility.
Initial delivery fees are non-refundable.
HOW TO SECURE THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS?
If you ship an item worth more than 75 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN OR LOST?
Gringa Swimwear cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss if the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered to the shipping address.
