Return conditions for the Black Friday period
All items purchased between Friday, November 26 and Sunday, November 28, can be exchanged or returned within 15 days.
The item must be CLEAN, unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted: (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Return conditions
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Items purchased during sales or with discounts
* Shipping fees
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If approved, your credit will be processed and a voucher will be sent to you, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing credits (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for a credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or receive credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are possible if the item was purchased at full price and is in its original condition and packaging. It must not have been worn or washed. If you need to exchange your item, send us a DM at @gringa_swim (response within 48h) or an email to gringa.swimwear@gmail.com (response within 7 days). We will then send you the address to return your order.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the giver and he will be informed of your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
