Return Conditions
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Items purchased during sales or with a discount
* Shipping fees
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If approved, your credit will be processed and you will receive a voucher, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing credits (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a credit, contact us on Instagram @gringa_swim (response within 48h), or by email gringa.swimwear@gmail.com (response within 7 days).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only items at regular price can be exchanged for a credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or credited.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are possible if the item was purchased at full price and is in its original condition and packaging. It must not have been worn or washed. If you need to exchange your item, send us a DM at @gringa_swim (response within 48h) or an email to gringa.swimwear@gmail.com (response within 7 days). We will then send you the address to return your order.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the giver and they will inform you of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us on Instagram @gringa_swim (response within 48h), or by email at gringa.swimwear@gmail.com (response within 7 days), we will send you the address to return your order.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you ship an item over 75 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only items at current prices can be exchanged for a credit note, unfortunately items on sale cannot be exchanged or received assets.
